This stylish modern 4 bedroomed, 3 bathroom villa with a private heated pool (heated in the winter months) and pool table sleeps up to 8 guests. Villa Quintus is an ideal family villa with a spacious layout being spread over two floors.
Situated in a tranquil residential area of Montana Roja, the villa is just a few minutes’ drive or a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. It is here you will find a wide variety of local amenities, including bars, restaurants, shops and a lovely sandy beach.
Villa Quintus offers a contemporary feel enjoying fabulous sea views across to Los Lobos and Fuerteventura from the first floor balcony terrace. The villa is set in attractive grounds with lush flowers and shrubs surrounding an inviting pool. The covered terrace area and barbeque offers you the delight of dining alfresco in the warm Lanzarote days and evenings. Additionally, there’s a bar area alongside the pool table.
Please be aware this is a family villa in a residential area and not suited to parties, young and same sex groups. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which we feel does not fit this family villa holiday criteria. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.
